Job Summary

We are recruiting a Personal Assistant to join our Executive Support team.

As the Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting one or more deputy directors for Education. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established team. Technical skills

Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, working with senior leaders or directors in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines and manage changing/conflicting priorities.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders
Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, One Note, Teams, Word and Excel.
