Position: Sr Advanced Software Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 10+ months

Pay Rate: $59.27- $63.42/hr.

Job Description:

Responsible for development, systems integration, and verification of core Aircraft State and/or Aircraft Systems monitoring and synoptics applications to be hosted on the Next Generation Avionics Platform.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

C++
Avionics or equivalent
Jira
Bitbucket

Preferred Skills:

Model based system design (using Simulink, preferred)
Arinc 661 graphics development (using Scada, preferred)
Experience working with sensors used for aircraft position, navigation (Air Data, AHRS, GPS)
Experience integrating or interfacing with aircraft systems (flaps, gear, cabin pressure, FADEC)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science degree.
