Contract Production Manager (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Carrollton, TX | Contract Role

We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager (Contract) to support operations at our Carrollton manufacturing site, producing flavor ingredients used in everyday consumer products across the U.S. and globally.

Reporting to the Site Plant Manager, this role is a key member of the Operations leadership team and is responsible for delivering production output against plan while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily production operations (blending, packing, pre-weigh) and manage supervisors and shift leads
Deliver production plans while optimizing yield, capacity, and asset performance
Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSC 22000, FDA, and food safety standards
Champion EHS culture; support incident investigations, MOCs, and safety initiatives
Track and analyze production metrics (output, yield, OEE, lost time)
Partner with Maintenance, CI, Planning, and Logistics to meet customer delivery targets
Support continuous improvement, cost savings, and operational problem-solving

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in food manufacturing or related industry
6+ years of people management experience
Strong GMP, food safety, and operational excellence background
Proven success driving productivity and process improvements
Six Sigma and strong data/analytics skills preferred

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
