Home based with regular travel to academies

NJC Point 24 – Point 28 FTE (£35,412 - £39,152)

NJC Point 24 – Point 28 FTE (£36,141 - £39,881) NJC Fringe Scale if applicable

Are you a passionate Catering Manager or Operations Manager ready to take the next step? This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, driven catering professional to raise standards, improve efficiency and make a real impact across a growing portfolio of academies.

We are looking for a Catering Development Manager to work closely with the Head of Catering, supporting and developing catering services across academies in the East of England and the Midlands. You will play a key role in driving quality, consistency, compliance and financial performance, while guiding and inspiring on-site catering teams.
