Role: Power Platform Technical Lead

Location: London, UK

Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using Power Apps , Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for Power Platform implementations
Oversee integrations with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party systems
Implement governance, security, ALM, and deployment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod environments)
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to Power Platform developers
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Optimize performance, security, and maintainability of Power Platform solutions
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis
Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform releases and roadmap

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Power Apps
Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)
Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 integrations
Strong knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, API Management)
Experience with ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Azure DevOps, Git)
Good understanding of security, roles, permissions, and governance in Power Platform
Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, REST APIs, and custom connectors
Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications such as:
Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Power Platform Developer Associate
Experience leading enterprise or large-scale Power Platform programs
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
