You will act as a Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect, responsible for defining the target architecture and implementation strategy of a PAM solution and guiding its rollout across a complex, enterprise environment.

The assignment covers the full lifecycle: from assessment and architecture design to onboarding of applications and infrastructure services, governance definition, and implementation follow-up. The environment is security-critical, highly structured, and requires strong architectural judgment combined with hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Define the target architecture for a PAM solution, aligned with broader IAM and security architecture
Develop a pragmatic implementation and rollout strategy, including sequencing and onboarding approach
Guide and support the implementation of the PAM platform, ensuring architectural consistency
Perform IAM and PAM assessments, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Lead or support application and infrastructure onboarding onto the PAM platform
Define and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) models, including governance and reporting
Align PAM/IAM solutions with network security and broader security controls
Act as a trusted advisor to security, IT, and governance stakeholders

What are we looking for?

You have 10+ years of experience in the IAM domain
You have 6+ years of proven experience designing and implementing PAM solutions
You have hands-on expertise with CyberArk, including architecture and onboarding
You have recent experience designing IAM and PAM architectures in large environments
You have performed PAM and IAM assessments in enterprise or regulated contexts
You have experience defining Segregation of Duties, governance frameworks, and reporting
You hold relevant PAM certifications, including CyberArk implementation certification
You hold network security certification(s)
You are fluent in French and English

Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working in a public-sector or government environment
Exposure to large-scale, multi-application security landscapes
Experience acting as an architectural authority across multiple teams
