Position Overview

The Entry-Level IT Operations Associate will support the daily operations of our IT and payment infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in fintech operations, enjoys troubleshooting, and wants to learn how mission-critical systems are monitored and maintained as well as maintaining SOC2 compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Tier 1 & maturing to Tier 2 research and response as reported from the organization
Respond to user support tickets and escalate issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform routine system checks, patching, and updates following  change policy, process and and standard operating procedures.
Help develop and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and process guides.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
Support onboarding of new employees (accounts, access, IT procurement , hardware setup).
Participate in incident response activities and post-incident reviews.
Support of business inquiries on the operations of the internal support systems and API interfaces
IT Support Service desk & reporting
Serve as the point of Contact between IT Engineering and the business divisions i.e., sales, ops etc.
Ability to use tools like Postman and Curl Script usage for troubleshooting

Qualifications
Experience working alongside and supporting multiple Agile development teams
Able to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
Prior experience Microsoft office products
Intune Administration 
Service desk management
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately with technical and business teams
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now, or at any time in the future

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Interest in payments, banking, or financial services.
Experience with Google Workspace & Microsoft Azure
