BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Platform Administrator for a Remote opportunity
Role: ServiceNow Platform Administrator
Duration: 10+ Months

Job Type: Contract - Remote
We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Administrator with experience to manage and support the ServiceNow platform at an enterprise level. The role involves day-to-day platform administration, configuration, and support across multiple ServiceNow modules, along with workflow automation, integrations, and reporting.
Key Skills:
Administer and support the ServiceNow platform (users, roles, instance health, scheduled jobs, licenses).
Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and Source to Pay.
Build and maintain workflows, business rules, and automation.
Support integrations using APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Perform upgrades, patching, and enhancements.
Work with architects, developers, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is Preferred
