Human Resources Intern – New York City (Hybrid)

The ICR Human Resources Intern will participate in a wide array of HR activities, including but not limited to recruiting, benefits, onboarding, corporate culture, and events. This role supports all HR efforts.

The ICR Internship Program is designed for passionate, driven students eager to gain real-world experience while working alongside industry professionals.

Over the course of 10 weeks (June 2nd to August 6th), you’ll collaborate with talented teams across key departments—tackling real projects that shape ICR’s global team and business. This is more than just an internship; it’s an opportunity to learn from experts, build valuable connections, and refine your skills in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will:

Support a full-spectrum of HR-related responsibilities and processes
Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth daily operations
Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases to organize team member and department information
Assist with scheduling and coordinating events
Support recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview scheduling
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks
Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the HR department as needed
Handle general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

Minimum Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or HR-related field
Able to commute to midtown NY City office location 3 days per week
