Who We Are Looking For

The Sales Executive will focus on business development, acquiring new accounts, and cultivating long-term relationships within the bank and non-bank financial services industry (including retail, insurance, fintech, and health sectors). This role requires a strong hunter mindset to find and secure new business opportunities within a defined market segment and/or geographic territory, as well as a farmer approach to maintain, nurture, and grow these accounts over time.

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster new business while also expanding relationships with existing clients to achieve the company’s sales goals. In line with a defined sales plan and Provenir's sales and delivery processes, the Sales Executive will execute targeted sales campaigns and activities that increase Provenir’s customer base and drive sustained revenue growth.

Consistent track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets
Develop a lead acquisition plan for the territory
Develop and manage an effective pipeline of prospects
Managing a 9-12 month complex sales cycle
Negotiate enterprise-level contractual agreements
Relationship Management

Support Client and Account Management to delivery
Process & Reporting

Qualifications, Strengths, And Skills

A minimum of seven years working in an enterprise sales environment
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within financial services, banking technology, fraud prevention, or data analytics.
Experience solution selling into, or within the domain of enterprise technology
Experience in cloud-hosted technology solutions
Thrives in an accountable sales culture
Working knowledge of BPM, CRM, Case Management Software, or enterprise-wide specific solutions within a vertical market
Demonstrable ability to engage with and manage “C” level relationships
Organized and effective communication and strong Listening skills
Ability to understand complex business problems and provide simplified solutions
Experience in advanced sales questioning and sales methodologies
Self-motivated and Team player
Ability to consult with a range of multi-cultural banks and non-bank financial institutions
Excellent time management
Fluency in English and native-level French is required, including the ability to communicate effectively with French-speaking African populations, particularly in Morocco and similar Francophone regions

Travel Requirements

This is a remote role based in Paris. Travel is required for client meetings, conferences, and internal business needs. The role may also require occasional international travel for regional team meetings, global sales kickoffs, or other company events. All business travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the Company’s travel policy.
