We’re Hiring: Project Manager – ServiceNow ITSM

Location :: Fort Mill, SC ||| San Diego, CA || Austin, TX || NY || NJ

Experience: 10+ years

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)

Manage Background Verification (BGV) programs, vendors, SLAs, and compliance

Drive ITIL-aligned delivery, integrations, UAT, and go-live support

Partner with HR, Compliance, IT, and external vendors

Own project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Strong ServiceNow ITSM experience (mandatory)

ITIL v3/v4 knowledge

Proven PM expertise (PMP/PRINCE2 preferred)
