Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Software Engineer 3 to join their dynamic team. As a Software Engineer 3, you will be part of the Technology Development Department supporting innovative projects and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Enable GenAI capabilities for the enterprise development community.
Identify, evaluate, and productionize GenAI tools and technologies.
Explore and integrate AI technologies such as Agents and MCP Servers.
Build and support internal tools and applications to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement modern engineering practices including automated testing and release strategies.
What's Needed?
At least 1+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI development tools like GitHub CoPilot, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin.
Experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus.
8+ years of software development and architecture experience.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
Python and TypeScript experience are advantageous.
