About the Company

Role: Senior CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Developer

Duration of project: 6 months to 1 year

Location: Remote, Canada

About the Role

Bold points are must in the candidate profile.

Responsibilities

Good to have - MuleSoft, scrum master skills, CLM certification (with any CLM tool)
7 – 8 years of experience with at least 5 years of CLM domain knowledge and development experience.
Solid understanding of contract management, workflow automation and document management processes
Should have developer experience (designing, customizing, solutioning) in any of the CLM tools like Conga/Ironclad/iCertis/Agiloft
Should have technical experience with Java/Salesforce
Work closely with business analysts, legal stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
Experience in integrations with third party tools via REST APIs
Should be able to drive the transformation from Legacy CLM to new CLM product
Good communication skill, self-driven, proactive.
Willingness to learn Agiloft and work on its implementation
