This role focuses on end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams, including regulatory remediation, compliance program enhancements, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Working closely with the Director of Compliance Strategy & Operations and senior Compliance leadership, this role ensures timely delivery of complex initiatives aligned with regulatory expectations, enterprise priorities, and the Annual Global Compliance Plan. The Program Manager operates as a hands-on delivery leader, driving change execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes across a global, matrixed environment.

What will you do?

Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic objectives, regulatory commitments, and operational efficiency goals.
Partner closely with the Global CCO, Global Head of Compliance Governance, and Director of Compliance Strategy & Operations to track execution, manage dependencies, and ensure timely completion of priority initiatives.
Drive structured change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, execution planning, and adoption tracking across the Compliance function.
Support execution of the Annual Global Compliance Plan by tracking milestones, identifying risks and interdependencies, and recommending mitigation strategies.
Manage intake, assessment, and prioritization of change requests, evaluating operational and regulatory impacts and developing implementation recommendations.
Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness of compliance programs and operating models.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations related to organizational design, transformation readiness, and capability development.
Support communications and executive reporting for major compliance initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent messaging across global stakeholders.

What do you need to succeed?

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy execution, or transformation delivery within regulated or complex environments.
Proven ability to lead large, multi-workstream programs in matrixed organizations with senior-level stakeholder engagement.

Excellent judgment, accountability, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority and manage competing priorities.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex initiatives to senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategy into executable plans.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
JD or Master’s degree.
Experience within financial services, compliance, risk management, or regulatory transformation environments.
