Role Description
We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern Microsoft technologies. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across the full application lifecycle, including backend development, UI integration, database optimization, Azure cloud hosting, and CI/CD automation.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, quality-focused, and comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core and Razor.
Build robust, secure RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and libraries.
Develop rich, responsive user interfaces using Telerik UI controls and other third-party UI components.
Implement authentication and authorization (RBAC) using industry best practices.
Design and enforce validation rules and validation engines for complex business workflows.
Develop dynamic, metadata-driven forms and configurable UI components.
Write efficient, scalable SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Perform database migrations, schema updates, performance tuning, and optimization.
Deploy, host, and secure applications in Microsoft Azure.
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams using Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical mentoring.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.

Backend:
ASP.NET Core (C#)

Frontend / UI:

Experience with third-party UI controls and libraries
Working knowledge of NPM and JavaScript libraries
Security:
Authentication & Authorization (RBAC)
Secure application design and best practices
Database:
SQL Server
Database migrations, indexing, query optimization, and tuning
Cloud & DevOps:
Microsoft Azure (App Services, security, hosting concepts)
Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards)
CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Git
Process & Tools:
Agile / Scrum methodologies
Azure DevOps and/or Jira
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience building configurable or low-code style platforms
Exposure to Azure security services (Key Vault, Managed Identity, etc.)
Performance profiling and application monitoring
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of professional experience in .NET application development.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade, production applications.
