Job Specifications

Insight Global is seeking strong Customer Service Representatives to support one of the world’s largest industrial auction companies. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of daily branch and service center operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences both in person and through multiple communication channels. Your work will directly contribute to branch efficiency and business growth.

This is a 3‑month contract position located in Saint‑Eustache, with a strong potential for extension based on performance. Only candidates who can reliably commute to Saint‑Eustache will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via email, phone, and in‑person interactions
Process orders, assignments, and accurately input information into internal systems
Look up and reference pricing, delivery details, and other relevant information
Address customer questions, requests, and general inquiries
Create and maintain customer and internal records
Perform clerical tasks such as word processing, filing, and document preparation
Complete required paperwork and secure necessary approvals as required

Required Skills & Experience

Comfortable and confident communicating with customers
Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues
Solid digital literacy, particularly with Excel or SharePoint
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Bilingual in English and French
