Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Salt Lake City, UT / Hybrid

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in preparing, analyzing, and validating financial data to support accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial decision-making. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across Finance and business teams.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine project and fixed asset accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting activities
Prepare and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US GAAP
Conduct thorough self-reviews to confirm balances reconcile to supporting documentation and variances are well-explained
Work effectively under tight deadlines, reprioritizing tasks as needed
Partner with Finance teams on month-end close, special projects, and issue resolution
Support internal controls, audits, and information requests
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identify system and process enhancements
Exercise professional skepticism in analysis, methodology, and conclusions
Support Unify (ERP conversion to Oracle Cloud), including upcoming system releases
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Accounting designation (CPA, CMA) or actively working toward one
2+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
University or college degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
Strong understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, querying tools, complex formulas)
Excellent judgment and ability to independently resolve issues
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, knowledge-sharing mindset
Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
