We’re growing—and looking for a strong sales leader to grow with us.

This role is responsible for translating regional strategy into execution, leading and developing a high-performing sales team, and driving consistent revenue growth. You’ll coach reps, build territory and customer strategies, support key deals, and ensure strong pipeline management and CRM discipline. Must have a construction background.

What you’ll do:

Execute regional strategy through clear territory and sales plans
Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to exceed targets
Support key accounts and participate in customer engagements
Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy (Salesforce)
Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
5+ years in sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven success mananging and developing sales teams
Strong strategic planning, coaching, and negotiation skills
Data-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized
