Job Description

Lead by example: Drive your own pipeline, meet clients, and close deals
Coach & manage: Develop your sales team through active coaching and regular feedback
Own performance: Take charge of team targets, client success, and commercial outcomes
Hunt for growth: Spot new opportunities, upsell, cross-sell, and go to market strategy.
Collaborate: Work across teams and geographies to shape and implement business strategy
Stay sharp: Keep up with industry trends and client challenges

Qualifications

Proven hunter profile with strong B2B sales experience
Track record in hands-on team leadership and operational management
Comfortable with complex consultative sales cycles and C-level interactions

About You:

Strong knowledge or interest in Finance, Tax, R&D, Payroll topics
Entrepreneurial, result-driven, and always ready to go the extra mile
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
