Job description
AI-Enabled Creative & Visual Design
Using approved tools, generate and refine visual concepts through AI-assisted workflows, including image generation, text-to-design, and layout automation.
Explore and evolve AI-assisted workflows to improve creative quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Integrate AI-assisted assets into projects while preserving brand integrity and emotional impact.
Document AI experiments, prompts, and workflows to support shared learning and scalable practices.
Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling
Lead the creation of clear, high-impact presentations that turn complex ideas into compelling visual stories.
Design dynamic presentations, refine, and scale decks across PowerPoint, Canva and Figma, ensuring brand consistency and technical precision.
Develop and maintain presentation systems, templates, infographics, components, and visual frameworks.
Translate data, strategies, and insights into visually coherent narratives for diverse audiences.
Apply strong attention to hierarchy, pacing, and clarity across all presentation work.
Brand, Logos & Visual Systems
Design and refine visual identity logo concepts, infographics, swag, event screen content and brand-aligned visual assets.
Ensure strict brand consistency across all outputs.
Contribute to branding, campaigns, and digital assets with a high level of craft and detail.
Collaboration, Process & Culture
Work in close partnership with designers, project managers, strategists, and stakeholders.
Put team collaboration first, contributing to shared goals over individual ownership.
Be open to feedback and use it as a tool to improve craft, clarity, and outcomes.
Enjoy working with processes, templates, and systems that enable consistency and scale.
Stay calm under pressure, bringing curiosity, humility, and a solution-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Experience & Portfolio
7+ years of experience as a visual designer, presentation designer, or creative.
Strong portfolio showcasing:
High-impact presentations
Visual storytelling
Branding, logo concepts, and infographics
Experience producing high-quality creative across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences.
Tools
Strong proficiency in:
PowerPoint
Figma
Canva
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop
Working knowledge of Adobe Firefly or similar Generative AI tools.
Experience with After Effects, Blender and Cinema4D is a strong asset, but not required.
