Required Skills & Experience

-Completed post-secondary degree/diploma

-High proficiency in MS suite

-Experience using conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Web-Ex)

-Comfortable with toggling between multiple screens

-Keen eye for detail and accuracy

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Any programming language (recreational level or from previous work experience)

-Proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Payments Servicing Analyst to join one of Canada's largest financial institutions in their Credit Card department. The ideal candidates will be technically savvy, have strong communication skills and the willingness to learn new tasks. This team conducts a variety of tasks, for example, processing credit card payments, printing cheques, maintaining accounts, reviewing financial documentation, and closing accounts, among other requirements. Candidates will be given the tools to master their roles and the opportunity to broaden their knowledge of back-office processes.
