Job Specifications

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for technology and a strong drive to grow their career in a dynamic enterprise setting. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, detail-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and product announcements
Collaborate with product teams to develop high-quality content
Build and manage email templates, landing pages, and nurture flows
Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging and engagement
Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and industry best practices
Manage accurate email lists to support deliverability and personalization
Monitor key email/web metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions, sign-ups)
Analyze performance and provide actionable reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, BenchmarkONE)
Strong copywriting and content development skills
Experience using CMS tools and Google Analytics
Deep understanding of email best practices and audience targeting
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Must be detail-oriented and proactive

Details:

6-month contract based in St. Louis, MO
2 days/week remote flexibility
Potential for extension or conversion
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
