Customer Success Executive | Northampton (hybrid) | 25-30k

You like talking to people.

You’re organised.

And you want a role where doing a good job actually leads somewhere.

This is a chance to step into a customer success role where relationships matter, growth is real, and you’re trusted to manage your own portfolio of customers.

You’ll be working with businesses that already use and value the product. Your role is to stay close to them by:

Checking in regularly and building strong, long-term relationships
Understanding how they use the product and what’s working well
Spotting opportunities to help them get more value
Being the person they trust and actually want to hear from

You won’t be thrown in at the deep end. You’ll be coached, supported, and surrounded by experienced sales, support, marketing, and services teams who genuinely want you to succeed.

There’s a commercial element, but this isn’t hard selling. If you’re doing the job properly, revenue follows naturally. And when you’re ready, there’s no glass ceiling. This role can lead into leadership, sales, product, or senior customer success.

You’ll be based in a modern Northampton office three days a week, with flexibility around hours and a culture that values collaboration, learning, and actually enjoying work.
