Title : Identity Security Engineer (Okta / Ping/ Transmit Security)

Role : Brampton, ON

Position: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Expert implementation of CIAM solutions (Okta / Ping/ Transmit Security ) for enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and standards.
Implement and customize SSO, MFA, and OIDC protocols for secure authentication flows.
API integration and customization for user sign-in/sign-up and user profile management.
Design and develop user journeys tailored to client requirements using orchestration tools.
Strong UI customization skills for login, registration, and profile pages.
Hands-on coding experience in Java, HTML, and related technologies for customizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments when required.
Act as a liaison between developers and customers, explaining requirements and ensuring smooth onboarding until go-live.

Required Skills

Proven experience in CIAM platforms (Okta / Transmit/ Ping).
Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC standards.
Proficiency in API handling and integration for identity workflows.
Coding skills in Java, HTML, and UI design experience.
Ability to customize user journeys and deliver client-specific solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with developers and manage customer onboarding.
