Job Specifications

The Supervisor, Sales Support is responsible for effectively leading & coaching a Sales Support Team. They will Foster an environment where Sales Support team members thrive with clear lines of work and supportive partnerships as we deliver RB commitments to each other and to our customers.

Responsibilities

Develops team and individual contributor metrics and KPIs to align with the department and corporate goals and promote a positive team culture that enables change. Conducts regular team meetings to cascade and discuss objectives and execution plans.
Manages the performance of the team including recruitment, training, coaching, planning, appraising and monitoring member contribution.
Liaises with RSMs, Sales Directors, VPs and TMs to ensure well-coordinated regional activity including promotions and product launches and collaborates with all sales leaders to drive revenue.
Solicits regular feedback from RSMs & Sales Directors and proactively resolves any issues as needed.
In the absence of a dedicated Coordinator, supports TMs as their single point of contact within the consignment to cash process, across all selling platforms.
Implements effective change management strategies during organizational and process change to ensure smooth transitions and optimal execution within the team.
Recommends new and/or amended processes to Director, Sales and Transaction Support that will enhance customer experience and increase Sales Partner customer face time. Ensures consistency in processes and effective execution within their team.
Establishes priorities for the team and effectively communicates to ensure that they are met in a timely manner and updated as needed.
Monitors performance of team and monitors sales teams consignment volume to ensure adequate support coverage is allocated. Ensures a consistent and positive customer experience is achieved
Provides guidance and solutions to team members when an asset/customer issue is escalated to them
Solicits feedback from RSM's on any issue within the Sales Partner & coordinator working relationship and resolves as needed
Assesses current business processes and identifies where changes could result in financial and operational efficiencies.
Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
The role will require 3days in office in our Burnaby location

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field strongly preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years working in customer service, account support or sales. Ability to manage, motivate and lead a team.
Office or auction site environment
