About RoboK
We’re building AI that keeps people safe across industrial environments — ports, warehouses, freight terminals and more. Our platform helps uncover hidden safety risks using existing CCTV infrastructure, reducing incidents and transforming how operations run. We're already deployed in UK & international workplaces safeguarding people and assets.
The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to own and execute RoboK’s marketing end-to-end.
This is a hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for doing the work: writing content, running campaigns, owning tools, and supporting sales directly. You’ll work closely with the CEO and commercial team to turn a technically complex product into clear, compelling messaging for senior B2B decision-makers.
This role is ideal for someone who is good at execution, enjoys ownership, and wants to grow their skills and impact as the company scales.
What You'll Do
Own and execute demand generation across content, SEO, and targeted campaigns
Write high-quality, credible content (blogs, case studies, landing pages, sales materials)
Translate complex AI and safety technology into clear, value-led messaging
Own and operate the marketing tool stack (CRM, marketing automation, reporting)
Track leads, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance
Create and maintain sales enablement assets that support a consultative B2B sales process
Work closely with the CEO and sales team to refine positioning and go-to-market execution
What You Bring
2–5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience (SaaS, deep tech, or industrial environments preferred)
Strong writing and communication skills, especially for technical or regulated audiences
Practical experience using CRM and marketing automation tools
A bias toward execution — you like shipping work, not just planning it
Comfort working independently and owning outcomes
Curiosity, good judgement, and a willingness to learn quickly
Nice to have (not required):
Experience in logistics, infrastructure, safety, or compliance-led industries
Exposure to consultative B2B sales cycles
Experience working in an early-stage or fast-moving environment
