Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location : Mountain View CA
Duration of Assignment : 12 Month contract
Pay Range : $65.00/hr to $70.00/hr
We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leaders by managing day-to-day priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex and dynamic calendars with a strong understanding of business priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and expense reports (Concur)
Act as liaison between executives and internal/external partners, maintaining professionalism at all levels
Organize and support meetings (onsite/offsite), take detailed notes, and track follow-ups
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Partner with other EAs and teams to align schedules, plan events, and execute initiatives
Provide ad hoc administrative support and assist in supervising junior administrative staff as needed

Grace under pressure with outstanding multitasking skills
Expert in MS Office Suite, G Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Concur
