Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Norwich, Bristol or Perth
Length of Contract: 6 months FTC Minimum

Overview
This role is integral to our clients transformation of their General Insurance Business, focusing on challenging the status quo and utilising technology to solve complex business problems. You will be part of a team dedicated to constantly innovating with emerging technologies and collaborating across the business to create certainty and drive excellence for customers. The position holder will be responsible for leading business analysis activities for assigned projects, conducting in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements, and ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
Lead major platform upgrade initiatives and the adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
Drive M&A and technology integration activities across the portfolio.
Champion technology innovation, particularly by harnessing Generative AI, Automation, and data solutions.
Contribute to the enhancement of pricing strategies and broker solutions through digital technology.
Lead all business analysis activities for assigned large-scale transformation projects.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements using established methodologies and templates.
Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in shaping business outcomes and delivering business analysis for technology and business change projects with annual budgets of £1m - £5m.
Experience working within a highly regulated, financial services environment.
Knowledge of insurance enterprise technologies, for example, Snowflake, Guidewire, Salesforce, Earnix, or ICE.
Direct experience with emerging technologies such as GenAI, Automation, Digital, and Data solutions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder liaison skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, negotiate, and influence change, comfortably challenging the norm when necessary.
Detailed knowledge and practical experience in the application of business analysis tools and techniques.
