Overview
We have partnered with a fantastic consultancy to deliver an Agile Delivery Enablement Team supporting a major transformation programme.
This engagement will initially focus within the Programme function, with a clear ambition to scale into broader delivery across live services and strategic initiatives. We are looking for two experienced Senior/Lead Product Managers to drive product strategy, governance, and delivery excellence across critical services.
The Role
As a Senior/Lead Product Manager, you will take ownership of product strategy and direction across multiple Live Services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technical strategy.
You will operate at a senior level, influencing stakeholders across programme, delivery, and technical teams while embedding strong product management practices within a complex government environment.
This role requires experience operating within Azure Cloud environments and working closely with Network Infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own product strategy across Live Services within the transformation programme
Lead product discovery, roadmap development, and prioritisation aligned to business outcomes
Work closely with technical teams across Azure Cloud and Network Infrastructure environments
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across programme and delivery functions
Drive continuous improvement in ways of working and agile delivery practices
Ensure services are scalable, secure, and aligned with wider enterprise architecture
Oversee product performance, risk management, and delivery assurance
Essential Experience
Proven experience operating as a Senior or Lead Product Manager in complex, enterprise-scale environments
Strong experience delivering within Azure Cloud ecosystems
Good understanding of Network Infrastructure and cloud-hosted services
Experience working across multiple live services simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management skills at senior level
Experience working within government or highly regulated environments (desirable)
Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
Working Arrangement
Primarily remote
Occasional travel to Milton Keynes as required
18-month initial engagement with potential extension
