In this Role, you’ll get to

* Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns and in-app activations to stimulate users' enthusiasm for participation.
* Assist in building and optimizing user segmentation models, and tailor participation and retention strategies for different user groups.
* Create attractive local copy and content, and use multi-channels (in-app push, email, SMS) to accurately reach users and increase activation and repurchase rates.
* Be the voice of local users and regularly gather and analyze users' feedback, needs, and pain points.
* Act as the key operational link between the European and Shanghai teams.

What you'll Need to Succeed

* 2-4 years of European user operation experience, and OTA industry experience is a plus.
* Have good logical analysis and strategic thinking abilities.
* Be fluent in English. Chinese is plus.
