Job Description
Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking
US Bank’s Institutional Client Group (ICG) is a major division dedicated to serving large corporate clients with tailored banking and financial solutions. ICG leverages the full resources of the bank to help clients grow, offering products across corporate banking, credit, and specialised finance. Our teams cover Portfolio Management, Credit, Specialised Industries, Public Sector, and Specialty Finance.
ICG works closely with WCIB (Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking) and PMI (Payments: Merchant and Institutional) to deliver integrated solutions.
As part of our strategic growth plans, ICG is expanding into Europe to strengthen our global corporate banking capabilities. We are hiring a Senior Relationship Manager in London to join this exciting new team and focus on targeting the UK market.
Fitness & Probity
This role is a ‘controlled function’ CF4 role, as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011.
Accountabilities For Your Role
Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business, especially investment grade firms.
Manages, retains and grows existing Corporate Banking client relationships.
Approves loans within assigned limits, manages loan and portfolio credit quality, sources prospects and develops new customer relationships.
Provides financial advice to customers and sells appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients.
Makes appropriate referrals.
