DIRECTOR OF MARKETING / COO-LEVEL ROLE

Salcines Law is a boutique, high-end real estate law firm with 27 years of exclusive real estate law experience, representing sophisticated buyers, sellers, investors, and top real estate professionals. As we scale, we are intentionally building the leadership infrastructure to support our next phase of growth.
We are seeking a candidate to build the Lead Engine for the #1 Real Estate law firm in Miami. This is not a mere marketing roke, we are seeking a seasoned law firm marketing professional or CMO that has prior law firm experience scaling a firm to 7 and 8 figures. This is an opportunity to work directly with the Founder, CEO and COO to to implement firm strategy and catapult the firm into the next stratosphere.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a seasoned, value and results proven Marketing professional to build our real estate machine, and lead with volume, quality and market domination. In this role you will be part of the management team and our EOS system to lead the intake and sale to dominate the real estate law forum.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the Founder on strategy, priorities, KPIs, and execution
Position the firm and CEO for Super lawyers, Chambers, and other well known affilations.
Produce Podcast
Produce Webinar
Produce Lunch and Learns
Meet daily with intake manager to track and manage leads, sales and marketing funnels
Work with our SEO team and vendors to develop core strategies for growth
Develop SEO daily across different channels IG, FB, LinkedIn, Tik Tok
Full ownership of hiring, firing, onboarding, HR, performance management, and culture
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Former CMO or Marketing Director at a lawfirm
Proven experience scaling a law firm or professional services organization
Comfortable leading people, enforcing accountability, and partnering with a visionary founder
Strategic, data-driven, and execution-obsessed
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
Executive-level compensation, commensurate with experience and impact
Performance-based incentives tied to firm growth and execution
Full-time or fractional structure considered for the right candidate

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters from accredited university
Prior law firm experience in leadership, CMO, or fractional role
Organized and ability to work alone
