Job Description

The Technical Architect is responsible for end to end solution architecture and technical governance of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementation, ensuring scalability, security, data integrity, and alignment with future Salesforce Sales Cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own SFMC solution architecture and technical standards

Design scalable data models supporting complex 1:N customer to asset relationships

Lead technical design, review, and approval activities

Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance requirements

Guide development, data engineering, and automation teams

Provide final technical sign off prior to production deployment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

6+ years of Salesforce platform experience

Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture

Strong enterprise data modeling and integration experience

Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Sales Cloud integrations

Automotive, financial services, or lifecycle communications background
