Job Specifications

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager (not a Program Manager) with strong core project management fundamentals to support high-visibility initiatives.

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running in a formal PMO environment and take ownership of project delivery from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans, scope, milestones, and deliverables
Actively manage risks, issues, and change control
Drive execution and ensure on-time delivery
Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders
Operate in alignment with enterprise PMO standards and governance

Required Experience & Skills

Strong Project Management experience (Program Management backgrounds are not a fit)
Experience working in a formal PMO within a medium to large enterprise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven environment

Tools & Certifications

Experience with Clarity or other PPM tools preferred
Strong Jira experience preferred
PMP and/or Scrum certification strongly preferred
