Strategic Alliances Manager – DoD | AI Security | Cybersecurity

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Alliances Manager to build, scale, and manage partnerships across the U.S. cybersecurity ecosystem. This role is critical to developing strategic relationships with cloud providers, MSSPs, system integrators, and technology partners to drive joint GTM initiatives and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cybersecurity alliances or channel partnerships, understands modern GTM motions within data protection or vulnerability management, and thrives in creating win-win partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and manage strategic technology and channel partners to expand market reach and solution integrations
Develop and execute joint GTM strategies, including co-selling, co-marketing, and partner enablement initiatives
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership efforts with company growth objectives
Own partner business planning, pipeline tracking, and quarterly performance reviews
Build and maintain executive-level relationships within partner organisations to ensure alignment and long-term commitment
Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape to strategically position partnerships
Represent the company at partner events, industry conferences, and joint customer engagements
Requirements
5+ years of experience in strategic alliances, channel sales, or business development within cybersecurity or enterprise software
Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs or GTM initiatives
Solid grasp of DoD systems and AI security within a startup environment that is actively scaling
Strong understanding of data security, threat detection, and vulnerability management technologies
Experience working with MSSPs, GSIs, CSPs, or OEM partners
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills
Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
