Role Overview

The Regional Channel & Alliances Manager – North America will drive partner-led growth by building and scaling a high-performing ecosystem of VARs SIs MSSPs and technology partners This role focuses on partner recruitment enablement co-selling and long-term ecosystem development to accelerate enterprise adoption especially in regulated industries like financial services healthcare and critical infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute regional channel & alliances strategy
Recruit onboard and activate partners
Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline
Co-sell with direct sales teams
Manage forecasting pipeline hygiene and GTM plans
Represent the organization at industry events

Requirements

5–7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales GRC or Cybersecurity preferred
3–5+ years in channel or alliances management
Proven 5M+ quota success
Strong partner ecosystem experience
Willingness to travel up to 50 percent

Preferred Skills

Experience with VARs SIs cloud alliances
Regulated industry exposure FSI Healthcare Gov
Cloud marketplace and co-sell expertise
