Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft applications to support, configure, and enhance enterprise HR, Financials, or Supply Chain modules. The candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and provide functional support across implementations and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support and configuration for PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Financials, SCM).
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Configure PeopleSoft modules to meet business needs, including setups, rules, and workflows.
Support end-to-end business processes and system integrations.
Assist in system testing, UAT, and production support.
Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and user documentation.
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Provide training and support to business users.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and business controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant.
Expertise in one or more PeopleSoft modules:
HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor)
Financials (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management)
SCM (PO, Inventory, Billing)
Experience with PeopleTools and functional configuration.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Experience working in implementation and production support environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI.
Exposure to integrations, reporting, or data conversions.
Knowledge of SQL for functional analysis.
Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
