Description

Support the Regions (NA/APAC/EMEA) in various responsibilities related to affiliate management, go-to-market strategy, and overall support of the International Darphin Team.

The International Darphin & Lab Series Team is looking for an Intern to collaborate on driving marketing & business projects focused on accelerating the development of our two skincare brands. In particular, the role will support the affiliates through business analysis, information cascading, and ad-hoc requests in executing key strategic projects.

Key Tasks

Interaction with local Product Marketing Managers to leverage opportunities (including trade & promotions) and to support the execution of the Marketing & Business Strategy in affiliates.
Consolidate activation plans and create reports on key campaigns & launches (quantitative and qualitative feedback) across all affiliates.
Consolidate business results & KPIs (Retail sales, market shares, units forecasts) and present them in recurring reports (Powerpoint, Excel)
Conduct key deep dives / ad-hoc analytics to support specific insights, at request of Global team (distribution, pricing, product assortment, forecast, excess & OOS management).
Ensure the right delivery of assets, guidelines and toolkit following the Trade Marketing Plan
Support development of commercial strategies with key European & Asian Distributors. Maintain ongoing business contact and supporting them with various demands.
Help with the development and openings of potential new markets (business case, registration, launch plan)

Qualifications

Profile:

This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as well as solid abilities to analyze and synthesize data and insights.

Minimum Education Level: Student with a higher education Bac 4/5 or Business Schools (end-of-studies internship)

Experience: Previous internship experiences mandatory, end-of-studies internship preferred

Required Language Proficiency: English is required.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills

Be a self-starter and able to work autonomously, driving momentum on projects & proactively planning future strategic activities

Business-sense, commitment, and curiosity mindset with the will to drive for impact in all projects

Excellent interpersonal skills: Be comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization & able to develop strong working relationships across the corporation

Ability to step back, to be solution-oriented and make proposals

Must have strong numerical skills and an analytical and logical mindset to analyze figures and draw conclusions / make strong business recommendations

Be a strong collaborator and team player

Enjoys working in agile and fast-paced environment
