Implementation Project Manager
LaSalle Network is hiring an Implementation Project Manager for a fast-growing SaaS organization in Chicago. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an Implementation Project Manager who thrives in client-facing environments, enjoys managing complex onboarding projects and wants to make a direct impact on customer success. If you’re organized, proactive and confident leading cross-functional teams, this Implementation Project Manager role is for you.
What’s the job?
Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, scope and resource allocation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout implementation
Manage internal teams including developers, solution architects and trainers
Track milestones, risks, budgets and deliverables
Communicate status updates to stakeholders and clients
Ensure quality assurance, testing and successful project closure
Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and best practices
What’s needed?
2+ years of experience as an Implementation Project Manager or Project Manager
Experience managing SaaS or cloud-based implementations
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools (Salesforce, TaskRay or similar)
Ability to work hybrid in Chicago (1 day onsite per week)
