Job Description

We are looking for a Merchandise Co-Ordinator, Apparel, Bags & Accessories – W/M:

The Merchandise Co-Ordinator contributes to the commercial performance of their scope by translating merchandising and business strategies into concrete collection plans, assortments, and sales volume estimates. Working in close collaboration with merchandising, marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams, the role supports both strategic alignment and day-to-day execution to ensure relevant, competitive, and commercially successful product offers across categories.

Main Activities:

Merchandising & Commercial Operations

Ensure the effective implementation of merchandising and commercial tools within the assigned scope to support seasonal preparation, order taking, and order monitoring by sales teams.

Support strong alignment between business units and merchandising, ensuring accurate system setup and data consistency across all distribution channels.

Sample Management

Coordinate and monitor the ordering of market samples in close collaboration with product teams and supply chain, ensuring timely availability and accuracy.

Merchandising Operations & Assortment Management

Coordinate, maintain, and update key merchandising deliverables for the category (seasonal range plans, catalogues, VLPs).

Ensure all assortment changes are accurately implemented and clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Market & Business Analysis

Support product and market analyses to identify commercial opportunities and contribute to informed decision-making.

Sales & Go-to-Market Support

Support regional and local sales teams in go-to-market execution, ensuring all sales tools, systems, and data are accurate and up to date.

Provide relevant data and insights to merchandising and sales teams to monitor performance and support business reviews.

Coordinate collection launches and manage the operational setup of merchandising showrooms.

Team & Cross-Functional Support

Provide day-to-day support to commercial and merchandising teams by coordinating meetings, agendas, and information sharing.

Facilitate effective collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders.

Project & Process Support

Participate in ad-hoc projects across various domains, including process improvements and initiatives addressing specific business needs.
