DevOps Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Specialist to support the design, automation, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role focuses on improving deployment efficiency, system reliability, and operational excellence through Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and experienced supporting production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
Enforce security best practices including IAM, secrets management, and least-privilege access
Collaborate with development and operations teams to support build, release, and deployment workflows
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong experience with CI/CD tools and Git version control
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell)
Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security fundamentals
Nice to Have
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments
Knowledge of SRE practices and reliability engineering
Experience with Infrastructure as Code at scale
DevOps or Cloud certifications
