Conversion Possible: YesJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Anti-Fraud Platforms to lead complex initiatives within a regulatory and data-driven banking environment. This role focuses on delivering high-impact anti-fraud solutions while coordinating across business, technology, and compliance stakeholders.The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of project management experience, strong regulatory exposure, and a proven ability to manage delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies in large financial institutions.Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of anti-fraud and regulatory-focused projects
Attend and facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, risks, and dependencies
Conduct ongoing status follow-ups, ensuring milestones and deliverables remain on track
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including data, technology, regulatory, and business teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and internal controls
Track and manage work using Jira and Confluence
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
15+ years of overall project management experience
Strong background in regulatory projects, data initiatives, modeling, and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Proven delivery experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience working in large financial services or banking environments
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Clarity (project portfolio management tool)
Additional Skills:
Strong risk management and reporting capabilities
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
Executive-level stakeholder engagement
