Our client is one of the "Big Five" Canadian Banks, a global financial services leader committed to driving digital transformation and helping customers make real financial progress.

We are seeking a Program Delivery Consultant to join their Data Analytics Centre of Excellence. This is a high-visibility role focused on leading the end-to-end build and launch of an automated Offer Management Platform for Everyday Banking. If you sit at the intersection of Product Management, Data Analytics, and Technical Delivery, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery: Lead the design, development, and launch of new automated offer processes for retail banking products.
Strategic Backlog Management: Groom the project backlog with a focus on long-term strategy, connecting daily tasks to broader Line of Business (LOB) goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between Data Science, Technology, Risk, and Marketing teams to move projects from concept to Business-as-Usual (BAU).
Customer-Centric Design: Apply Design Thinking principles to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring the platform meets evolving customer expectations.
Technical Oversight: Provide specialized consulting throughout the SDLC, including oversight on QA, End-to-End, and UAT testing functions.
Risk & Compliance: Partner with Corporate Support Areas to ensure all solutions meet strict regulatory and compliance frameworks within both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Critical Requirements (Must-Haves)

Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience specifically within Retail Banking.
Product Expertise: Proven track record in product design, profit/loss functionality, and navigating industry/regulatory requirements.
Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of core product systems, technology architecture, and the SDLC.
Data-Driven Mindset: Experience using data analytics to drive prioritization and build fact-based business cases.
Delivery Excellence: Experience delivering complex, high-impact projects under tight timelines using Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Soft Skills: A "results-first" mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority and thrive in ambiguous environments.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is between 35/hr to 45/hr depending on overall experience. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
