As a Program Delivery Consultant within the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence for Retail Banking, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives that drive customer value and business growth.

In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, technology, analytics, risk, and operations to design, develop, and launch new digital capabilities—particularly within offer management and automated processes for everyday banking products.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Product Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of new and enhanced banking products and services across the full program lifecycle
Drive initiatives related to offer management platforms and automated offer processes for everyday banking products
Translate business strategy and customer insights into executable delivery plans
Ensure smooth transition of delivered solutions into BAU operations, including documentation and process support

Banking & Product Domain Expertise

Apply strong understanding of multi-channel retail banking, customer expectations, regulatory considerations, and market trends
Evaluate customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product and program decisions
Recommend self-serve and assisted-channel solutions aligned to customer and business needs

Customer Experience & Design Thinking

Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to define customer problems and prioritize solutions
Apply design thinking principles within established design systems
Balance customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility in solution design

Strategic Planning & Backlog Management

Support development of strategic plans, roadmaps, and business cases
Groom and prioritize backlogs aligned to enterprise, line-of-business, and channel strategies
Clearly articulate trade-offs, priorities, and long-term implications of delivery decisions

Technical & Delivery Oversight

Provide recommendations within the SDLC, including solution design and system constraints
Maintain working knowledge of core banking systems, enabling technologies, and evolving industry trends
Oversee testing activities (QA, end-to-end, UAT) to ensure delivery quality

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Act as a key liaison between technology, product, analytics, operations, and external partners
Lead through influence to align stakeholders and drive outcomes
Foster collaboration, transparency, and consensus across diverse teams

Data-Driven Decision Making

Monitor product performance and growth metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Use data to inform prioritization, investment decisions, and customer value articulation
Contribute to strategic roadmaps, business cases, and budget approvals

Risk & Change Management

Partner with risk, regulatory, and compliance teams across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Define and implement appropriate risk controls and governance processes
Challenge assumptions and ensure solutions align with business and system requirements

Core Technical Skills

Required

Program and product delivery in complex, cross-functional environments
Retail banking product and business management experience
Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
SDLC, testing oversight, and solution design understanding
Data-driven analysis and business case development
Stakeholder and vendor management

Preferred

Offer management platforms or personalization solutions
Automation of customer offers or campaigns
Experience within Data & Analytics or digital product teams

Nice to Have

Financial services industry experience
Experience working within large enterprise banking environments

Experience Requirements

3–5 years delivering high-impact digital product or service experiences
3–5 years in product management, program delivery, or consulting roles
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities
