This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact cybersecurity programs focused on threat detection and detection engineering. As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale projects, working at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage advanced detection technologies, and integrate AI-driven workflows to enhance security operations. Accountabilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale threat detection and cybersecurity projects
Collaborate with security engineers, software developers, and IT operations to define project scope, requirements, and objectives
Integrate emerging technologies, including Agentic AI, Splunk, Cribl, Exabeam, and Google SecOps, to enhance detection engineering workflows
Develop automations and Infrastructure as Code solutions to improve scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency
Manage project risks, resolve ambiguities, and ensure successful, on-time, on-budget project delivery
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and exploration of new cybersecurity methodologies
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, providing transparency and enabling informed decision-making
Stay current on cybersecurity trends and threats to ensure proactive, forward-looking threat detection strategies

Requirements

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3+ years leading large-scale Detection Engineering programs
Technical Program Manager or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or technology-focused environments
Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, Agentic AI concepts, and their integration into security operations
Technical expertise in threat detection, intelligence, response, and prevention methodologies
Strong project management skills with a proven record of successfully leading complex projects
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, CISSP, Splunk Certification)
Ability to manage ambiguous requirements and navigate challenges to achieve program objectives
Experience coordinating incident investigation workflows and cross-functional communications
Proficiency in tracking activities across Security Operations workflows and monitoring project outcomes
