Role Summary

We are hiring a Hunter Enterprise Account Executive to drive 100% net-new revenue for an AI-native GRC platform. This role focuses on landing new enterprise logos by building pipelines from scratch, engaging senior decision-makers, and closing complex, high-value deals.

This is a high-impact, high-reward role for enterprise sellers who excel at outbound prospecting, value-based selling, and navigating complex buying committees across security, risk, and compliance organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first meeting to deal closure
Generate net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based selling
Close complex enterprise deals ranging from $250K–$1M+ ACV
Sell to C-suite and senior leaders including CISO, CRO, CIO, Risk & Compliance Heads
Run structured discovery, POCs, and value-based sales motions
Navigate complex enterprise buying processes (security, legal, procurement)
Maintain high forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and deal execution
Collaborate with partners, hyperscalers, and internal stakeholders
Consistently meet and exceed annual revenue targets

Requirements

Mandatory experience in GRC Sales or GRC Service Provider organizations
8–15 years of enterprise SaaS new-logo hunting experience
Proven success closing $250K–$1M+ ACV enterprise deals
Strong outbound skills: executive prospecting, ABM, and deal orchestration
Experience selling to Security, Risk, Compliance, and IT leadership
Deep understanding of enterprise buying motions
High accountability for pipeline creation, forecasting, and close rates
Experience selling into regulated industries preferred
Partner or hyperscaler co-sell experience is a strong plus
