HII Mission Technologies Corporation supports the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) in developing, implementing, and executing product logistics, sustainment, and acquisition of Advanced Digital Electronics across the portfolio of Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems.

We are seeking a Senior Training Analyst with a Top Secret clearance to work within DoD and Intelligence communities to develop training curriculums and documentation for cutting edge new systems for the Fleet. This is an onsite role with the NIWC PAC team located in the Point Loma locale of San Diego, CA.

This position is contingent upon contract award *******

Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!

Examine system architecture and engineering processes, and interface with engineering leads to develop training curriculums.
Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
Research and integrate new and innovative training methods, materials, and techniques.
Participate in program level meetings.

Requirements: I have already done that or have it!

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience (technical degree preferred)
Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret
Familiarity with training development software
Strong understanding of technical concepts and documentation practices.
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
Familiarity with industry-standard documentation tools.

Preferred Requirements

Navy “A” or “C” School Instructor experience
Naval Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) curriculum development experience in accordance with 137A and 138 standards (https://www.netc.navy.mil/Resources/NETC-Directives/NETC-NAVEDTRA-Manuals/)
Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) designation
National Security Agency (NSA) or Naval Intelligence (NAVINTEL) curriculum development experience
Integration of innovative learning technologies into Navy programs, such as Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR) or simulation-based training
Navy fleet technical or intelligence background
Familiarity with Navy Training System Plans (NTSP)
Active Top Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements

May require working in an industrial or shipboard environment. Capable of climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
