Hands‑on experience building or using GenAI solutions, ideally within risk, compliance, or cybersecurity domains.

Preferred

Advanced degree (MBA, JD, CS, or related).
Experience in engineering, data science, risk management, or compliance.
Background creating agent‑orchestrated workflows using modern AI tooling.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
Familiarity with regulatory environments, particularly in highly governed industries.
Proven ability to solve complex problems, anticipate failure modes, and guide strategic decisions.
Passion for user research, rapid experimentation, and continuous improvement.
