Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Developer with strong React expertise and experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and front-end architecture, along with the ability to collaborate across product, UX, backend, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript
Build reusable, component-driven UI architectures following best practices
Implement micro-frontend and responsive UI solutions with accessibility (WCAG) compliance
Collaborate with backend teams on secure integration with Java/J2EE and Spring-based microservices
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for front-end build and deployment
Ensure application security through proper authentication, authorization, and token-based access
Optimize application performance across browsers and devices
Mentor junior developers and contribute to UI architecture decisions
Create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and UI guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience building scalable front-end applications
Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, Hooks, and Webpack
Experience with modern UI component libraries
4+ years of experience working with Java/J2EE and Spring Framework microservices
5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and cloud deployment tools
Solid understanding of front-end security concepts (authentication, authorization, IAM integration)
Strong knowledge of web security best practices (OWASP, CSP, XSS prevention)
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience designing secure front-end solutions for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of micro-frontends and large-scale front-end architectures
Leadership or mentoring experience
Familiarity with enterprise security standards and compliance
