Responsibilities

Develop a custom iPad kiosk application for client check-in with a branded, user-friendly interface
Implement a real-time dashboard for TV display, updating client arrival status instantly
Design and build a secure, cloud-based backend database to manage client and appointment data
Ensure seamless real-time syncing between the iPad kiosk and TV dashboard
Create an admin view for staff to monitor arrivals and manage check-ins efficiently
Prioritize system scalability and maintainability to support future enhancements (e.g., notifications, analytics, scheduling integrations)
Collaborate closely to understand the studio’s brand vision and deliver a polished, high-touch digital experience
Provide technical documentation and basic training for staff as needed

Skills And Requirements

Proven experience developing iOS applications, preferably with kiosk or real-time dashboard functionality
Strong proficiency in Swift and familiarity with iPadOS development best practices
Experience with cloud-based backend solutions (e.g., Firebase, AWS, or similar)
Knowledge of real-time data syncing and secure data handling
Ability to design clean, elegant user interfaces aligned with luxury branding
Understanding of small business needs and scalable system architecture
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach
Availability for ongoing support or future feature development is a plus
